The head of the Tripoli Administrative Control Authority, Suleiman Al-Shanti, held a meeting that grouped the Minister of Transport and his undersecretary, the Chairman of the Libyan African Aviation Holding Company, and the head of Libyan Airlines.
The meeting discussed the problems facing Libyan Airlines, including the lack of a commercial record for the company's board of directors.
Al-Shanti emphasized the need to settle the legal situation of the company through relevant legislation and regulations.
He also called for addressing the observations recorded on the company's performance to achieve the purposes for which it was established.
