The Head of the High Council of State (HCS) Khalid Al-Mishri, met with the ambassador of the UK, Frank Baker, in Tripoli and discussed economic reforms that are set to be implemented in the few coming days.
According to the media office of the HCS, Baker said it was very significant to pressure the Central Bank of Libya and the government to carry out the reforms that would end the suffering of the Libyan citizens.
“It’s important to implement the service-oriented reforms and not connect them to holding elections. Economic reforms must go in line with the political ones.” Baker added.
