The Ministry of Interior of the Government of National Unity has announced the arrest of a group of illegal immigrants, including a pregnant woman, in Wadi Marsit, as part of the work of the joint security room in Nafusa Mountain.
In a brief statement, it said that the Border Guard patrols carried out extensive combing operations in the desert areas used in smuggling operations, Friday, and found these immigrants who hold Sudanese nationality.
The statement indicated that the immigrants were transferred to a hospital in the Mizdah area, to provide them with the necessary health care, before bringing them to the headquarters of the security room in preparation for referring them to the competent authorities, to take legal action against them.
