The Deputy Special Representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations for Political Affairs, Stephanie Koury, has shared an overview with a delegation of representatives of the House of Representatives (HoR) and the High Council of State (HCS) from the city of Misrata on the political process facilitated by the UN mission.
“As part of my ongoing engagements with all Libyan stakeholders, I reiterated the crucial role all stakeholders have in advancing Libya toward elections. We also agreed on the importance of unifying and strengthening state institutions, good governance and countering corruption”, Koury said on her X platform page.
