Libya, represented by Ministry of Interior, has participated in the 47th Conference of Arab Police and Security Leaders held in the Kingdom of Morocco.

The delegation representing the ministry stressed Libya’s work within the Arab system, and its keen interest to be part of any joint Arab security action aimed at raising the level of performance in combating transnational organized crime, immigration and other crimes.

Several items are on the agenda of the conference, including the use of modern technology in terrorist crimes, organized crime, and the joint coordination mechanism between Arab countries to ensure medical treatment of injured policemen, in addition to reviewing some of the distinguished security experiences of some member states.
