The Minister of Labour and Rehabilitation in the Government of National Accord, Al-Mahdi Al-Amin, discussed with the Ambassador of Bangladesh to Libya, Sheikh Iskandar, the strengthening of cooperation and relations between both countries, along with Libya’s interest in the return of Bengali workers.
The two sides concurred, during a meeting held on Wednesday in Tripoli, that a delegation from the Libyan Ministry of Labour would be received in Bangladesh some time in February to discuss the situation of Bengali workers in the Libyan labour market through the Supreme Committee for the Organization of Foreign Workers.
