The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research of the National Unity Government, Imran Al-Qayb, has discussed in Ankara with the Turkish Minister of Industry and Technology, Mustafa Varank, aspects of cooperation between the two countries in the field of research and science.
During the meeting, the two sides also discussed the possibility of transferring knowledge in the industrial field, in order to address the distortions in the Libyan economic structure that depends on oil as the only source of income for the country.
