Minister of Technical Education Ikhlif Al-Sifaw and Turkish Minister of Education Yusuf Tekin signed a cooperation agreement in vocational and technical education during the former's visit to Ankara.
Welcoming the Libyan minister, Tekin highlighted the historical and cultural ties between the two countries.
He reaffirmed Turkey's commitment to supporting Libya's independence and security, with educational cooperation being a vital tool for economic growth and sustainable development.
For his part, Al-Sifaw emphasized the strong bonds between the two nations and expressed his government's keenness to leverage Turkey's expertise in educational technology and vocational education development to benefit Libya.
