The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Presidential Council, Mohammed Sayala, warned that “terrorist organizations” may target drinking water pipelines that feed northern coastal cities, threatening the lives of millions of citizens.

During his participation at a meeting of the The Global Coalition against ISIS held in Brussels last Thursday, Sayala confirmed that “terrorist organizations” are still active in central and southern Libya, calling on the international community to support the security and military services of his government to combat terrorist groups infiltrating the activities of illegal immigration in the country.
