Libyan navy personnel have completed a training programme aboard Turkish Naval Task Force ships, covering port operations and maritime navigation, the Turkish Ministry of Defence has announced.
According to the ministry’s statement, those who successfully completed the course received certificates, with the training conducted in collaboration with the Homs Naval Training Centre, the Turkish Naval Task Force, and the Homs Coast Guard Training Command.
The programme is part of wider military cooperation between Libya and Turkey, particularly in the field of naval training and development.
