Libyan author Ibrahim Imam held on September 26 a book signing ceremony in Istanbul to mark the release of the Turkish copy of his book “Drops of Gold".
The book consists of a collection of stories and legends from his native city Ghadames. The ceremony was sponsored by the Arab Business Forum.
Ibrahim Imam, known as "Abu Isaac Al-Ghadamesi, was born in the oasis town of Ghadames in 1970. He graduated from the Aviation Tech and Meteorology College. However, his imaginative sense drove him into the literature world. He wrote stories and novels, in addition to historical research on the city of Ghadames.
