The member of the House of Representatives (HoR) Saleh Efhima said the HoR won’t be able to pass the constitution referendum law due to unjustifiable fears harbored by certain members regarding some constitution articles.

Efhima told reporters Sunday that those members are taking advantage of the fact that the majority of Libyans have not read the constitution draft so they can establish their own agenda.

The HoR failed in two consecutive sessions last week to pass the draft law for the constitution referendum due to a remarkable disagreement among the members regarding the law’s composition.
