The Government of National Unity denied on Facebook news about a communication between Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dbiebah and Chechen President Ramzan Kadyrov for opening channels of contact with Russia.
The Hokoometna platform said there is a financed campaign aimed at spreading rumors in order to strike confusion within the public opinion and mislead the people.
Africa Intelligence website reported that Dbiebah had opened contact channels with Kadyrov to establish a private guard apparatus and train Libyan military forces in Chechnya.
