The Minister of Transport, Mohammed Al-Shahoubi, met Monday in Tripoli with the Italian Ambassador to Libya, Gianluca Alberini, to discuss the stages of implementation of the Tripoli International Airport project, which is being implemented by the Italian company Aeneas consortium.
Both sides discussed the resumption of Italian Airlines flights to Libyan airports, in addition to the difficulties facing the implementation of the highway (Ras Jedir-Musaed).
