The Ministry of Health has launched the first training program to instruct 30 medical practitioners on how to deal with any future confirmed cases of Coronavirus in isolation facilities.

The training program which was launched on Saturday, in coordination with the World Health Organization (WHO), focused on introducing health practitioners to methods and ways to secure personal protection, how to deal with medical equipment, case study and quarantine conditions to deal with all emergency protocols.

The Director of the Health Emergencies Administration, Tawfiq Harisha, said that a sister program will be launched with Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF) on how to deal with suspected cases of the virus.
