The Foreign Minister of Niger has said that his country has summoned the Libyan ambassador in Niamey to tell him of the President’s outrage at CNN report that said there were slave auctions in Libya where migrants are being auctioned for as little as $400.

The FM added on Twitter that he told Libya’s ambassador that such acts must stop and the perpetrators must be punished, saying the President asked for reviewing this issue at the next African Union and European Union’s meeting in Abidjan.
