The Ministry of Justice of the parallel government has warned against someone impersonating Minister of Justice, Khaled Masoud, on Facebook, stressing that it reserves the legal right to prosecute those behind this impersonation.
The ministry said in a statement on Sunday: "Counselor Khaled Masoud, Minister of Justice, does not have any official or personal account on Facebook or any other platform, and any page or account claiming to do so is fake and intended to mislead."
The ministry also called on everyone not to interact with any posts or messages from these accounts, urging anyone who sees them to report them immediately via the reporting feature on the relevant platform.
