The General Electricity Company has managed to restore power lines to Ghat town in the southern region after three days of blackout due to a defect in power tower 51 on the Obari-Ghat road.
The company explained that its maintenance team has been working on power transmission lines in the regions of Ghat and Ubari for more than a month, prior to the operation of the Ubari gas station, the matter which led to almost daily power outages in the two cities.
