The High Preparatory Committee for the International Conference for the Reconstruction of the City of Derna and the affected towns and regions has conducted an inspection visit to the city that will host the activities of the first day of the conference.
During its field tour, the committee was briefed on the preparations for the conference headquarters and the ongoing preparations to receive international delegations, and made some observations and amendments to the headquarters where the conference will be held. The committee expressed its thanks and gratitude to the head and members of the Military Security Chamber in Derna for their support of the conference preparation efforts.
It is noteworthy that the activities of the international conference will be officially launched on the first and second of next November in the cities of Derna and Benghazi.
