The director of the secretariat of the Presidential Council government, Tahir Amer, discussed during a meeting held Sunday with the chairman of the National Oil Corporation (NOC), Mustafa Sanallah, the challenges and obstacles facing the oil sector.

Amer stressed on the need to provide budgets to increase production and maintain the stability of oil installations, according to the Media Office of the Presidential Council.

The two sides agreed to a coordinate between the National Oil Corporation and the Presidential Council on the issue of environmental sanitation and the contribution of the NOC in reducing pollution factors, in addition to the steps taken in this regard.
