The Public Prosecutor's Office has announced the arrest of a gang in the south consisting of 150 people, including foreigners, accused of engaging in several illegal activities.

The Public Prosecution issued orders to imprison 25 defendants pending the case, and to deport the rest of the foreign arrivals for violating the rules of entry into the country and residence.

The Public Prosecutor's Office added that during the security authorities' raid on several headquarters in the south, four Algerians and two Libyans were arrested, along with a quantity of drugs and psychotropic substances seized.
