Director of the Radiation Oncology Center at Tripoli Central Hospital, Assem Bakra, has stated that the center began receiving patients, noting that the arrangement of cases comes according to medical procedures, according to a statement on our government’s Facebook page.
Bakra said that the radiation device aims to treat more than 100 cases daily, covering the needs of the city of Tripoli and other cities.
The center has qualified doctors and there is coordination regarding the priority of treating cases, noting that the center is for all Libyans and possesses advanced equipment for treating oncology patients.
