The branch of the Libyan Red Crescent Society in Benghazi revealed Saturday that it had recovered three decomposed bodies from the district of Sidi Ikreebish, which witnessed the latest clashes in the city before Haftar's forces gained control of the area.

On its Facebook page, The Libyan Red Crescent confirmed that the three bodies were taken to Benghazi Medical Centre to be placed in a morgue refrigerator in order to take legal action before being buried.

The branch announced on January 1 the recovery of 17 unidentified bodies near the Baladi Hotel in the war-torn city.
