The European Union Ambassador to Libya, Jose Sabadell, has described the Presidential Council's decision to establish a financial oversight committee as a very positive step.
"The establishment of high financial oversight committee by Presidential Council is very positive step to ensure Libya resources work for all Libyans and reinforce Unity. “Economy must become a driver for peace, not conflict”, Sabadell tweeted.
