Speaker of the House of Representatives (HoR), Aqila Saleh, and French Ambassador, Mostafa Mihraje have held key discussions in Benghazi, centering on the unification of Libya's fractured state institutions.
The talks also emphasized the importance of holding presidential and parliamentary elections as a way to end the country's prolonged crisis, according to a statement from the House.
The meeting follows Ambassador Mihraje's visit to Khalifa Haftar, where they reviewed recent domestic and international developments.
