The Tripoli branch of the Anti-Illegal Immigration Agency, based at Sikka Road, announced on Tuesday that children of illegal immigrants were successfully vaccinated from diseases.

The Media Office of the Agency added that the vaccinations were applied in cooperation with the International Medical Corps and the Municipal Health Complex situated in Abu Salim.

The International Organization for Migration had previously documented that there were more than 432,000 migrants in Libya, most of them in Tripoli, Misrata and Marqeb. The total number of migrants in Libya is estimated at between 700,000 and 1 million.
