The head of the High Council of State (HCS), Mohammed Takala, accompanied by the First Deputy, Masoud Obaid, and the Second Deputy, Omar Al-Obaidi, received on Monday, the new Turkish Ambassador, Guven Begec.
Takala welcomed the new Turkish ambassador, stressing the depth of Libyan-Turkish bilateral relations, wishing him success in representing his country and carrying out his duties in the best way.
The new Turkish ambassador expressed his happiness to serve as his country's ambassador to Libya and his aspiration to develop areas of cooperation between the two countries in a way that serves their interests together and contributes to greater stability for the entire region.
