The Ministry of Health has conducted a training program to qualify intensive care physicians in hospitals in the southern region.

The Director of the Health Emergency Department, Muhammad Al-Ghaziwi, said the program targeted 25 doctors in the ambulance and emergency departments in the hospitals of Ghadames, Daraj, Traghen, Wadi Ataba, Germa, Ghat, and Bintbaya.

According to Al-Ghaziwi, this round of training, which was not the first of its kind, was implemented in coordination with the World Health Organization.

He indicated that the program aims to rehabilitate more than four hundred doctors in Libya, implemented in several stages.
