The General Electricity Company of Libya (GECOL) has announced the success of operational tests on the fourth gas turbine at the Ubari gas-fired power plant using light fuel.
The information department of GECOL clarified that this initial operation was under the supervision of the General Directorate of production projects of the company, confirming that this turbine will soon be loaded and connected to the electrical grid, and the rest of the turbines will be connected in the near future.
