The American company Solar Turbines has presented its training program for employees of the National Oil Corporation (NOC) and its affiliated companies during a meeting with the Director-General of the NOC’s Training Department and officials from the maintenance departments of the oil companies.
The attendees provided a range of technical observations regarding the implementation mechanisms and the program’s timeline, according to a statement from the NOC Facebook page on Wednesday.
This comes within the framework of the NOC plan to build and develop capabilities by engaging with manufacturing companies and working on creating a second tier of young professional cadres to take over the management of oil operations in all its forms, the statement read.
