The World Health Organization (WHO) in Libya confirmed that it continues to support the health service system in the entire country, noting that the Ministry of Health of the Government of National Unity (GNU) had recently delivered a new batch of aide which included trauma surgery equipment, first aid supplies and various medications.
It also included Coronavirus prevention supplies for medical auxiliary and emergency medical teams located on the front lines of defense and intensive care departments.
The WHO said that it also contributed to providing a significant quantity of medical laboratory equipment and supplies to the Benghazi Medical Center, applauding all sectors in the Libyan state which are striving to overcome the difficulties facing them.
