On Wednesday, one child was killed and three others were wounded due to an airstrike carried out by rogue General Khalifa Haftar’s warplanes on an amusement park in Derna’s cornice.
This air raid comes after the death of a father and his son last Monday as their car was targeted by a Dignity Operation’s warplane while they were coming back from Um Al-Ruzim town, 50 km to the east of Derna.
Likewise, on last Thursday, Haftar’s air force bombed Derna killing a woman and two kids in western Bab Shiha neighborhood, besides the material damage it caused to the civilians’ houses.
Since the defeat of IS militants in Derna by Derna Shura Council revolutionaries and military fighters from Al-Byada and Tobruk, back on April 22, Haftar’s forces have doubled up their attacks on the city.
