The Libyan Mufti, Al-Saddiq Al-Gharyani, has urged the concerned authorities to reveal the results of the investigation into the attack on the Foreign Ministry in Tripoli, saying they shouldn’t be content with the fact that they had known they belonged to ISIS.

On Wednesday on Tanasuh TV, the Mufti condemned the attack that killed Tuesday 3 people and injured 21 others.

“ISIS is an intelligence creation led by Zionism as its members target only the peoples who aspire for freedom.” Al-Gharyani added, saying in countries where the agents of the Zionism came to power – such as in Egypt where Al-Sisi became president – ISIS had completely stopped its operations.

He added that if they managed to make Khalifa Haftar rule Libya, ISIS will vanish right away, indicating that ISIS senior leaders know for certain that their actions pertain in no way to Islam, but the militants who execute the orders have little knowledge and are brainwashed.

On Tuesday, 3 ISIS-linked militants stormed into the Foreign Ministry's headquarters in Tripoli killing 3 people and injuring 21 before 2 of them being gunned down and the third blowing himself up.
