The Tripoli International Fair hosted on Sunday the activities of the Libya International Exhibition for Agricultural and Animal Development. The exhibition, which was inaugurated by the First Vice Prime Minister and Acting Minister of Agriculture and Livestock, Hussain Al-Gotrani, witnessed a massive participation of local and international agricultural companies and institutions, which presented their products and services.
Agriculture products and local foods were all presented in different corners of the exhibition, the Libyan News Agency reported, saying it's expected that the wee exhibition will boost Libyan agriculture, and job opportunities in the sector and improve production rates.
The exhibition will be held over four days, during which introductory presentations and workshops will be presented to exchange experiences and knowledge in various fields such as organic agriculture, sustainable irrigation, and modern crop technology, in addition to presentations of agricultural products and services provided by the participants.
