The Anti-Illegal Immigration Agency - Benghazi Branch has announced the transfer of 238 immigrants holding Egyptian citizenship to Amsaed border crossing, in preparation for their repatriation to their country.

Among the immigrants were three who were received by the Internal Security Service, 11 security deportees from the Public Prosecution, and 69 who were referred by military authorities after they were caught while trying to immigrate to Italy, in addition to four who were infected with hepatitis, according to the Immigration Control Service.

The agency indicated that it received 145 migrants from its branch in Tripoli, and they were also transferred to the Amsaed in preparation for their deportation.
