The Head of the Libyan High Council of State, Khalid Al-Mishri, arrived in Morocco upon a formal invitation from Rabat to attend a meeting with the Speaker of the House of Representatives (HoR) Aqila Saleh to reach an agreement on incumbents of the Libyan sovereign positions as well as the constitutional basis for elections.
Al-Mishri arrived in Morocco with members from the High Council of State (HCS), while sources from HCS said earlier that the meeting between Al-Mishri and Saleh would go over the disagreements on selecting incumbents of sovereign positions.
