The High Council of State (HCS) is going to exert more efforts to end the conflicts among Libyan parties and try to achieve consensus among all Libyan actors, said the HCS Head Khalid Al-Mishri upon his arrival to Palermo, Italy, on Sunday.
Palermo Conference is set to kick off today (Monday) with various Libyan and international stakeholders taking part.
“Not only participating in the conference is important, but also accepting its results which should lead to a solution to the crisis in Libya.” Al-Mishri added, calling for looking into the best interest of Libya above all other things.
