The Head of the Presidential Council Fayez Al-Sirraj agreed with the European Union ambassador to Libya, Bettina Muscheidt, to have a unified EU stance toward Libya’s status quo.
Al-Sirraj stressed, in a meeting in Tripoli on Monday, the need for elections that are based on approved constitution by all Libyans under the auspices of the United Nations.
They also discussed the illegal immigration issue and the agreements made with the EU’s High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs Federica Mogherini in this regard, besides the support she pledged for health and education sectors, among others.
