The French President's special envoy, Paul Soler, and the American special envoy to Libya, Richard Norland, have affirmed their countries support for the call of UN envoy Abdoulaye Bathily for the formation of unified technocratic government to hold parliamentary and presidential elections.

This came during a meeting that brought them together, Thursday, in Tunis, in the presence of the French Ambassador to Libya, Mustafa Mihraje, during which they discussed developments in the political situation in Libya.

The two envoys also affirmed support for the efforts of the joint committee to prepare electoral laws 6 + 6 and the work carried out by the Supreme Finance Committee.
