The National Oil Corporation has announced that the Brega Company sent a fuel and gas convoy to the flood affected areas in the south of the country.
A statement issued by NOC said: “The Brega Oil Marketing Company sent a convoy loaded with the first shipments of fuel and cooking gas to the areas affected by the floods in southern Libya.”
The convoy, carrying 400,000 liters of gasoline, 240,000 liters of diesel, and 1,200 cylinders of liquefied gas, set off for the areas of Ghat, Al-Awainat, Al-Berkat, and Tahala, the statement added.
The NOC said that the Brega Company will continue to operate fuel convoys successively to meet the needs of the public in southern Libya.
