Several young citizens of the city of Sabha are planning a peaceful civil disobedience beginning from next week accompanied by protests over security and economic conditions in the city.
One of the organizers said that the idea came spontaneously from some young people hence began in contact with each other, especially with who have adopted civil activities before along with others from various social and educational backgrounds.
