The meeting, which was held on Thursday in the capital, Tripoli, reviewed the British government's vision for developing bilateral relations with Libya.
Longden reaffirmed his country's full support for advancing the political process in Libya by moving directly toward holding fair elections that ensure the stability of the country.
Dbeibah welcomed the United Kingdom's (UK) role in supporting political and economic stability in Libya, stressing the keenness of the Government of National Unity to enhance cooperation with the UK in various fields.
