The Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity/ Minister of Defense, Abdul Hamid Dbeibah, accompanied by the Chief of the General Staff of the Libyan Army, Mohammed Al-Haddad, have attended the honoring ceremony of the Libyan army units participating in the tactical exercise “Hurricane 1” in the city of Misrata.
During the honoring ceremony, Dbeibah commended the efforts of the units working to develop the military institution, stressing that this exercise is a sign of restoring the military institution and unifying it.
