The Head of the Government of National Unity, Abdul Hamid Dbeibah, directed the Ministry of Social Affairs to disburse wives and children’s allowance for the fourth quarter of this year, starting from Sunday, in coordination with the Banking Operations Department of the Central Bank of Libya.
The letter addressed by Minister of State for Prime Minister’s Affairs to Minister Wafaa Al-Kilani noted the necessity of completing reconciling work with the Ministry of Finance, updating the data with the Civil Status Authority, and addressing the Audit Bureau’s observations regarding it.
Al-Kilani announced in September, the issuance of more than one million e-payment cards for wives and daughters’ allowance over the age of eighteen, and their top up and delivery through the ministry, during a meeting with the director of the Jumhouria Bank.
