The Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, Abdel Hamid Dbeibah, discussed on Friday, with the Qatari Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mohammed bin Abdulrahman, the Libyan-Qatari cooperation and files of common interest.

The Prime Minister's media office said in a brief statement that the meeting dealt with unifying the international position in support of holding elections in Libya.

Dbeibah had visited Turkey on Thursday, where he met with the Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu and Defense Minister Hulusi Akar. He also visited Malta on Wednesday, where he met with the Maltese Prime Minister George Abela.
