President of the High Council of State (HCS) Khaled Al-Mishri has called on French President Emmanuel Macron to get in touch with all Libyan parties to stop violations committed by some parties and go forward with Paris conference outcomes.

In a letter to Emmanuel Macron on July 05, Al-Mishri said Libyans received Paris conference outcomes with a hope to end the political crisis, but they were shocked with the handover of oil ports to an illegitimate entity, which violates Paris declaration and UNSC resolutions.

“The High Council of State didn’t receive any response from the House of Representatives regarding the referendum law on the constitution and the election law, which violates Paris agreement.” The letter reads.
