The Commander of the Joint Operations Room in the Western Region, Major General Osama Joueili said that they would stand against the repeated and unsuccessful attempts to return Libya to a dictatorship through the use of the rallying cry of ‘freedom of expression’.
In a statement issued on Saturday, Joueili confirmed that the Joint Force has its clear agenda of duties and would not involve itself with differences in viewpoints between political leaderships, as he put it.
The statement came as a remark on a statement by the Joint Force, in which it refused to utilize ‘freedom of expression’ to force a new political existence that would involve the change of current political bodies by force.
