Sudanese Minister of Finance and Economic Planning, Jibril Ibrahim, has stated that his government is prepared to return Sudanese citizens stranded in Libya.
Ibrahim noted that Khartoum has not received any complaints from Sudanese refugees in Libya regarding their passports, emphasizing that if a complaint were to be received, the government would not hesitate to facilitate their return.
His remarks came during a press conference in which he also asserted that “the signs of victory in liberating the capital, Khartoum, have appeared and are very close”.
