The Prime Minister’s Advisor for Electricity and Renewable Energy Affairs in the Government of National Unity, Osama Al-Darrat, has held talks with the Greek Ambassador, on strengthening cooperation between the two countries in the field of electricity and renewable energies.
The two parties confirmed the continuation of communication through the Electrical Interconnection Committee to coordinate efforts to follow up on the electrical interconnection project between Libya and Greece, according to Hakomitna platform.
Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dbeibah announced in his speech at the 4th engineering conference of the Syndicate of Engineering Professions in the city of Zawiya, on Tuesday, that a number of agreements had been signed to export solar energy to Malta, Italy and Greece, considering that this path is the future of the world.
