Vice Chairman of the Presidential Council (PC), Ahmed Maiteeq and Head of UN Support Mission in Libya Ghassan Salame met in Tripoli on Tuesday to discuss the ongoing conflict in the capital.

The two sides also reviewed the current political situations of the country. Salame briefed Maiteeq about his latest efforts to de-escalate tension in Tripoli and resume the political dialogue in order to end the Libyan crisis.
